100g blueberries

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tsp vanilla extract

200ml lactose/dairy free milk

2 large scoops lactose/dairy free vanilla ice cream*

*We used Rice Dream


In a blender, whizz blueberries, maple syrup, vanilla extract, lactose/dairy free milk and ice cream.

Pour into milkshake glasses and enjoy with a straw.
